Prices and VAT
The selling prices of the products marketed on the site www.rlrrlrll.clothing are exclusive of tax (HT). These prices do not include transport and customs clearance costs. For each order a detailed invoice will be attached.
RLRRLRLL reserves the right to modify the prices at any time but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time of the registration of the order, and subject to availability.
2. VAT and taxes
Delivery in metropolitan France and European Community:
The items you order on the website are not subject to French VAT (19.6%). You do not have to pay tax upon receipt of your package and you cannot recover VAT.
· Delivery in the rest of the world and in the DOM TOM
The price will be calculated including VAT automatically on the invoice. Customs duties or other local taxes or import duties or state taxes may be payable. These rights and sums are not the responsibility of RLRRLRLL. They will be at your expense and are your sole responsibility both in terms of declarations and payments to the competent authorities of your country. We advise you to inquire about these aspects with your local authorities.
Delivery of orders
Our delivery times are generally between 7 and 12 days.
Please note that in periods of high demand delivery times can be up to 21 days depending on product availability.
If following your order your product needs to be manufactured, we will deliver to you within 4 weeks maximum.
These delivery times vary because we make our products with deep respect for quality, environmental standards and respect for people.
It is mainly for this reason that our mode of production can sometimes cause delays and slightly longer delivery times.
We decline all responsibility for the extension of delivery times (in particular in the event of a strike), loss or deterioration due to the carrier.
1) Your order did not reach you within 4 weeks (without information from us)?
Provided with your order number (which you will find in the e-mail confirming your order), contact us immediately by e-mail ( firstname.lastname@example.org ). We will then launch an investigation with La Poste in order to carry out research. We undertake to deliver within a deadline of 25 days, if this is not the case, we will refund all amounts received within 30 days.
A La Poste investigation can last up to 21 days from the start date of the investigation.
2) The package is defective?
Upon receipt of the package and after finding that it was defective (crushed, torn, open, wet package, etc.), we advise you to refuse it.
If you decide to keep the defective package, we release ourselves from all responsibility.
3) After receiving your package, the item does not correspond to my order?
Example: you ordered a t-shirt in size S and you receive it in size L.
Contact us by email ( email@example.com ) or by phone ( +33(0)6 17 46 15 67 ). In this case we bear the cost of returning the product(s) withdrawn but also the costs of re-sending.
4) An article does not suit you?
If within 14 days of receipt of your goods an item does not suit you, contact us by email ( firstname.lastname@example.org ) or by telephone (+33(0)6 17 46 15 67 ) to find out the nature of the your problem and find a solution with you.
RLRRLRLL does not accept the return of used, soiled or damaged articles, nor those whose labels have been torn off and the packaging destroyed. Please return your items with a package tracking number (ex: colissimo) and ensure that it has arrived at our premises. In case of high value of the parcel it is preferable to insure it. We disclaim all liability in the event of shipment that does not comply with this procedure (simple shipment by post, etc.).
In all cases, you will return the item to us in perfect condition in its original packaging and with its tags attached, along with the invoice. In case of non-compliance with these conditions RLRRLRLL reserves the right to refuse the exchange or refund.
- For a simple return, we will refund your order in full, excluding shipping costs.
- For an exchange (size / color), the payment of the return shipping costs remains your responsibility. Please enclose a check in euros for an amount corresponding to the shipping costs on your return.
The price depends on your order and the choice of mode of transport, and the distance from the country of destination. When validating your order, the delivery options and their prices will be clearly indicated and shown on your invoice.
The times indicated on http://www.rlrrlrll.clothing are indicative. The usual delivery time is 3 working days for a shipment in France, from receipt of payment. In the event of a possible delay, we will contact you by email or telephone to notify you of the extension of this period.

- Payment via Paypal
- Payment by check (a photocopy of your identity document must be attached to your payment. We need to receive your payment in order to be able to make the delivery.
